Conversation Analytics
Track conversation metrics and view detailed transcripts across your agents and channels.
Overview
Conversation analytics provides:
- Total conversation volume
- Conversations per agent
- Conversations per channel
- Full message transcripts
- AI-powered conversation insights
Accessing Conversations
From the Dashboard
- Go to Analytics in the sidebar
- Click Conversations in the analytics sub-menu
(Note: the View All button on the Top Agents and Top Channels cards opens the per-agent or per-channel breakdown — not the Conversations list.)
Conversation List
View all conversations with:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | Conversation title or session ID |
| Agent | Which agent handled the conversation |
| Channel | Platform (Telegram, Discord, Slack, etc.) |
| Messages | Total message count |
| Last Active | When the conversation was last updated |
| Status | Active, handoff, archived, or deleted |
Filtering Conversations
Filter the conversation list by:
- Agent — Select a specific agent or all agents
- Channel — Filter by platform (WhatsApp, Telegram, Meta, Slack, Discord, Google Chat, Widget, Playground)
- Date range — Last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days
Conversation Details
Click any conversation to view its full details:
Overview Tab
- Total Messages — Message count in the conversation
- Credits Spent — Platform credits used
- Agent — Which agent handled the conversation
- Channel — Platform where it occurred
- Created — When the conversation started
- Last Active — Most recent activity
Message Activity Chart
Visualize message patterns over time:
- Toggle between hourly and daily granularity
- Show/hide user messages and assistant messages
- See conversation activity patterns
Messages Tab
View the complete conversation transcript:
- Full message history — See every message in the conversation
- Role indicators — User, Assistant, System, and Tool messages are color-coded
- Timestamps — When each message was sent
- Token usage — Input/output tokens per message (when available)
Message Filtering
Filter messages by time period:
- Last 24 hours
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- All messages
Export
Click Export to download the conversation as a JSON file containing:
- Conversation metadata
- All messages with timestamps
- Token information
AI-Powered Insights
Generate intelligent summaries of conversations:
- Navigate to a conversation’s Messages tab
- Click Generate Insights
- View AI-analyzed insights including:
- Key Points — Main topics discussed
- User Intents — What the user was trying to accomplish
- Key Info Shared — Important information exchanged
- Suggested Actions — Recommendations based on the conversation
Generating insights consumes credits from your account. Results are cached for faster access on subsequent views.
Privacy Considerations
Conversation data is handled according to:
- Privacy policy requirements
- User consent where applicable

- Use filters to find conversations from specific agents or channels
- Export important conversations for record-keeping or analysis
- Generate AI insights to quickly understand long conversations
- Check the Message Activity chart to identify peak usage times
- Review conversation transcripts to improve your agent’s persona
- Monitor credits spent to track usage patterns
Common Questions
Q: How do I find conversations from a specific channel?
Use the Channel filter at the top of the conversation list to select a specific platform like Telegram, Discord, or Slack.
Q: Can I export multiple conversations at once?
Currently, export works one conversation at a time. Export each conversation individually from the Messages tab.
Q: What does “Generate Insights” do?
It uses AI to analyze the conversation and provide a summary including key points, user intents, important information shared, and suggested actions.
Q: Do AI insights cost credits?
Yes, generating insights consumes credits from your account. However, results are cached so viewing the same insights again is free.
Q: How long are conversations stored?
Conversations are stored securely and available for analytics. Contact support if you have questions about data storage.
