Agent Persona
The agent persona is the set of instructions that defines how your agent behaves. It controls:
- Personality — Friendly, professional, casual, etc.
- Scope — What topics the agent should and shouldn’t address
- Response style — Length, format, and tone of answers
- Guardrails — Boundaries and limitations
- Language — Automatic per-message detection (176 languages supported)
Knowledge Access
Each agent accesses your content to find relevant information. You can configure:
- Which documents the agent can search
- How many sources to retrieve
- Whether to show source citations
Channels
Agents can be deployed to multiple channels simultaneously:
- Messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, Google Chat)
