  2. Enter a URL and click Crawl
  3. Review and edit crawled pages
  4. Select pages and click Process Selected

The crawler follows links up to 2 levels deep. The number of pages you can crawl depends on your plan.

See Website Crawling for the full guide.

Document Processing

After uploading or crawling, your content is automatically processed and made searchable by your agents.

Processing time depends on document size and complexity. Most documents complete within a few minutes. The system automatically detects duplicate content to avoid redundant uploads.

Best Practices

  • Quality over quantity — Well-structured documents produce better responses
  • Keep content current — Remove outdated documents to avoid confusion
  • Organize with folders — Use the folder structure to keep documents organized
  • Crawl selectively — Review and edit crawled pages before processing to remove navigation and boilerplate

Next Step

With documents uploaded, you’re ready to create your first agent.
