Track your resource consumption and credit utilization.

Credit Usage Overview

The analytics dashboard shows your current billing cycle usage:

  • Credits Used — Platform credits consumed this period
  • Credits Remaining — Available credits until period end
  • Usage Percentage — Visual progress bar of consumption

Query Volume

Distribution Breakdown

View how usage is distributed:

  • By Agent — Which agents handle the most queries
  • By Channel — Usage across Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.

Query Volume Chart

The main analytics dashboard displays a query volume chart showing:

  • Queries over time
  • Configurable granularity (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Date range selection

Distribution Charts

Pie charts showing:

  • Channel distribution — Percentage of queries per platform
  • Agent distribution — Percentage of queries per agent

Credit Monitoring

Current Period

View your billing cycle status:

  • Period start and end dates
  • Credits used vs. allocated
  • Percentage consumed

Credits reset at the start of each billing period. Check the Billing section for your cycle dates.

Usage Warnings

The Billing page displays automatic warning banners when:

  • Approaching limit — You’ve used most of your monthly quota
  • Limit reached — Monthly quota is depleted
  • Blocked — Extra usage balance also depleted

These warnings appear in Billing & Usage to help you take action before service is affected.

Optimization Tips

Reduce Query Usage

  • Improve agent personas for better first-response accuracy
  • Add FAQ content to reduce follow-up questions
  • Optimize content for faster retrieval

Monitor High-Usage Areas

  • Check which agents consume the most credits
  • Identify channels with highest volume
  • Review conversations that use more tokens
