Create an Account
Get started with Cuneiform Chat by creating your account.
Sign Up
- Go to cuneiform.chat
- Click Get Started or Sign Up
- Choose your sign-in method:
- Google — Click “Sign in with Google” for one-click access
- Microsoft — Click “Sign in with Microsoft” to use your Microsoft 365 account
- Email — Enter your email and click “Continue with Email”
- If using email, check your inbox and click the magic link to sign in
Sign In Options
You can sign in using:
- Google — One-click sign in with your Google account
- Microsoft — Sign in with your Microsoft 365 or work account
- Email magic link — Passwordless sign-in via a link sent to your email
Your Workspace Is Ready
When you sign in for the first time, Cuneiform Chat sets up your workspace (organization) for you automatically — no setup form to fill in. We pick a sensible name from your email (for example, a company email becomes your company name), so you land straight in a ready-to-use workspace. Your workspace is where you manage agents, documents, and integrations.
You can rename your workspace and add details (industry, team size, support contact) anytime from Account Management in your profile menu.
Workspaces help you:
- Manage multiple agents under one account
- Invite team members and control access
- Track usage and billing across all your chatbots
Welcome Screen
The first time you reach your dashboard, you’ll see a one-time welcome screen that greets you by name and offers quick setup launchers for the most common first steps:
- Create your first agent
- Connect a channel (like Telegram or your website)
- Add knowledge for your agent to learn from
- Set your branding
Pick a launcher to get going, or click Continue to dashboard to skip ahead — you won’t see the welcome screen again. The same setup launchers also stay available on your dashboard so you can return to them anytime.
Trial Period
New accounts start with a free trial that includes:
- Full access to all features
- Credits to test document processing and AI queries
- No credit card required
Check your current plan and usage anytime in the Billing section of the dashboard.
