Platform Assistant
Meet Saba, your AI helper for navigating Cuneiform Chat.
What is Saba?
Saba is an in-app AI assistant that helps you get the most out of Cuneiform Chat. Named after Nisaba — the Sumerian goddess of writing and scribal arts — Saba represents our journey from clay tablets to chatbots.
Saba can help you:
- Learn about platform features and how to use them
- Access information about your agents, documents, and integrations
- Understand your billing and subscription details
- Troubleshoot common issues
Accessing Saba
Floating Button
Look for the Saba icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Click it to open the assistant.

From Telegram
You can also chat with Saba from Telegram — same permissions, same data access, on your phone. Two surfaces, both included on every paid tier:
- DM bot — your org admin connects a dedicated Telegram bot (“Saba on Telegram”) in the admin panel. You link your account once with a 10-minute code, then DM the bot like you’d DM a teammate. Voice notes are transcribed and forwarded to Saba.
- Saba Mini App — every DM reply ships with an “Open in Mini App” inline button that takes you to a richer chat surface inside Telegram (
saba-mini.cuneiform.chat) with conversation history, tool-call detail, browser voice input, markdown export, and an in-app language switcher.
Saba’s replies on Telegram include the same tappable action buttons as the panel — tap and you’re deep-linked into the right admin-panel page.
Setup is admin-side. See Telegram integration → Saba on Telegram for the connection flow.

Be specific with your questions. Instead of “How do integrations work?”, try “How do I set up a Telegram bot for my agent?”
- Ask about your current page — Saba understands context from where you are in the admin panel
- Use for quick answers — Saba is great for quick lookups before diving into full documentation
- Try natural language — Ask questions the way you’d ask a colleague
