Frequently Asked Questions

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your billing period. Once a downgrade is scheduled, no further plan changes can be made until the new billing period begins.

What happens if I exceed my credits?

You’ll receive warnings as you approach your limit. If extra usage is enabled, you can continue using the platform. If not, some features may be restricted until the next billing period.

Is there a free tier?

The Trial plan is free and lets you fully evaluate the platform. When your trial ends, upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the service.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits reset at the start of each billing period. Your monthly allocation refreshes when your new period begins.

Is website crawling included in all plans?

Yes. All plans include website crawling. The number of pages you can crawl per session depends on your plan. See Website Crawling for details.

Which plans include Human Handoff?

Human Handoff is available on all plans, including Trial. It can be enabled per agent in the agent configuration. See Configuration Options for setup details.
